Charity care cares less for its patients and more for profit

An article from the Indiana Capital Chronicle details the dangerous and exploitative nature that the charity care system is known for. Charity care hospitals take in patients who need medical support; these patients are often underinsured or uninsured. However, charity care very rarely does what it is supposed to do, often saddling these patients with huge bills and taking them to court for missed payments.
